HELP!! My Body Count Is Over 50. How Do I Reduce It?

I have slept with over 50 girls throughout my 5 years in the university. That’s past tense now since am now a changed person but now to the reason am writing you.

I met a wonderful Lady and we ve been dating for about six months now and we both talked about our past lives recently and somehow it led to us talking about our body counts and I told her the truth and she shouted but told me hers is not more than 5 and we both laughed it off.

Now anytime i receive a call from any female whether it’s my colleagues at work or family members she thinks am cheating.Sometimes she comes to my house as early as 6am and as late as 10pm just to catch me with another woman.I have told her all that was in the past but she says i look too good to be true.

Pls how do i make this gal to trust me and also stop using my past against me.I love her and plan settling down with her soon.
